Great customer service and friendly staff! Victoria in financing made the process of buying my used FZ-07 easy. I was told that they only sold used bikes in great condition and the used bike I purchased looks like it just rolled out of the factory! Even though it was late and they were closing they took the time to explain the little details about the bike and I did not feel rushed out at all. Will definitely be coming back for my next bike!

I have purchased two bikes from Arlington Motor sports and plan to return for my 3rd purchase. The store is always clean and well maintained. I bring both bikes on a regular basis for maintenance and never feel I have been taken advantage of. Want to say how well Dustin was to deal with over the phone, email and texting while I bought my second bike. This time an 09 Harley Road King. Dustin was very good at what he did and treated me like a friend. He never met me and I told him when in New Orleans look me up. I was very pleased with him in every way. Will come back if I buy another bike.

NOTHING BAD TO SAY AT ALL!! Went into the dealership with specific parameters for the salesman (Dustin is his name - TOP NOTCH) to meet and they were met with no issue at all. Other dealers wouldn't even bother to talk to me after giving them the same set. I even got WAY more bike than I had in mind with the parameters I set for him and it cost me less than what I was planning on spending. Then comes the dreaded finance aspect of the process. Most people have nightmares about that part. NOT ME! Jill, the finance manager, was superb! When a finance manager tells the banks that what they say/offer isn't good enough for everyone involved, which makes me KNOW that they are in my corner! I would recommend that anyone and everyone to go to this location and deal with Dustin and Jill for everything they need!!!

I purchased a used TL1000R recently and found it needed alot of work. I took it to Arlington Motorsports and Paul and his service staff tackled ALL of my problems and gave me back a bike I can ride and enjoy. Paul and Gary kept me well informed during the repair process and fixed every problem. Even though I had not purchased the bike from Arlington Motorsports they treated me as though I had. PURCHASE THE ROAD HAZARD WARRANTY. I cannot express this enough. I normally do not purchase a bunch of extra warranties, partly because they can be expensive and seem like a scam. The road hazard for a motorcycle is worth every penny. I finally decided to ride my bike to work after 5 weeks of ownership. I live in Fort Worth and work in Dallas. Sure enough, I got a nail in my tire at 5 pm Friday night in Dallas. If you get a flat in a car, you put on the spare and head to a tire shop. Not the case with a motorcycle, you have no spare and cannot drive with a flat. I was stuck. I had to get a tow truck to pick me up, drive me to the dealership. Since this was one of the few occasions I had purchased the road hazard, the dealership paid the tow truck driver, changed the tire and was back on the road within 30 miunutes. Not one single penny left my pocket. I highly recommend that anyone who gets a bike, to buy the road hazard warranty. It saved me.

My purchasing experience was good. Dealership needs to be more thorough when inspecting incoming used vehicles, not only checking for mechanical defects, but cosmetic defects as well to ensure customer is fully aware of all issues with their purchase.
